Good quality and cost effective interior design is a fundamental requirement in what is becoming a bigger and more competitive market. Existing hotel brands are constantly being re-designed and new brands are being developed quickly in response to the more demanding market.
Zeal Projects was set up in 2012 by hoteliers for hoteliers! We work exclusively with hotels and specialise in providing a professional Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Interior Design service. Our clients include; hotel groups, developers and owners and we work on new build, conversion, re-branding and refurbishment projects.
JANINE POWELL.
Janine has over 20 years of experience in architectural interiors in the hotel industry. Working closely with architects, hotel groups and contractors, award winning Janine heads up the design team, offering a tailor made service that is created with the specific needs of each client in mind. She personally oversees every project ensuring her innovative design, quality and attention to detail is delivered on all projects.
The company has extensive experience in both new build and refurbishment projects, working throughout the UK, Europe & Africa. Zeal Projects provides a full design service, from initial concept sketches, design boards, drawings and specification documents through to “turn key” solutions. This coupled with our Project Management & Quantity Surveying offering removed the stress of employing contractors, suppliers & organising storage, deliveries, etc.
