Tim has been involved in the hotel industry for over 35 years, the last 15 of which have been focused on the development of individual hotel assets and expanding international brands. This has involved numerous new build hotel projects and more recently, due to market conditions, the conversion of existing buildings into branded hotels, with groups such as; Accor, Golden Tulip, Hilton, IHG, Choice Hotels International, Real Hotel Company, Travelodge, Staycity & Quest Aparthotels.

Particular strengths include; site assessment & acquisition, brand selection, formulation of initial hotel development costs and operating projections, financial feasibility of the hotel project and initial concept design.

  • Commercial Director

Tony has 37 years’ experience in the construction industry, having worked for main contractors, Marples Ridgway, Walter Lawrence, Mansell, Crispin & Borst (Vinci) and Willmott Dixon. Tony has a strong commercial bias, rising to the position of Commercial Director, before transferring his skills to estimating, preconstruction and project management. The last 10 years he has been primarily focused on hotel developments, working with Hilton, IHG, Accor, Premier Inn, Travelodge, Staycity & Quest Aparthotels.
