Zeal Projects is appointed as Project Manager for this proposed new Holiday Inn Express Hotel development at the Regional Rural Business Centre, adjacent to Junction 24 of the M5 motorway.

Planning permission has been granted for 128 bedrooms and an S73 minor amendments application has been submitted to increase this to 138 bedrooms which will go some way to assisting in the increased demand from both the M5 holiday traffic & the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station project.
